Shipping & Returns

Das Society will aim to ship your products within 7 working days of your purchase. Delivery time will depend on your local post/courier service.

We are not responsible for customs fees if applied through from our manufacturers.

If your order has not been delivered within 14 working days please get in touch via our contact us form and we will let you know the status of your order.

For Returns:

  • Please contact us first for return details.
  • Please include your order reference number and contact details with the returned goods.
  • Our returns policy is valid for 30 days (from date of purchase) - if this has elapsed unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • It is advisable to use a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery since proof of sending will not constitute proof of receipt of any returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
